The UK and Irish national notice services are Find > a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales, TED and eTenders Ireland; > the local portals are the ProContract, EU Supply and NHS Atamis portal families, with planning > records from PlanIt and Ireland's national planning data. The 53 countries: United Kingdom, > Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Romania, Czechia, > Bulgaria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, > Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Luxembourg, Malta, Cyprus, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, > Liechtenstein, Ukraine, North Macedonia, United States, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, > Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, > Israel, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Nigeria, Tanzania. Complete for the UK and Irish national notice services; present at a stated depth > everywhere else — the coverage registry at https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/sources gives the > count, the licence and the last successful sync per source, and is the thing to trust over > this paragraph. Last updated: 2026-10-25 TenderGraph is a product of M Heath Consulting Ltd. M Heath Consulting Ltd is registered in England & Wales, company number 14501165 (https://tendergraph.ai/company). TenderGraph is agent-native: the machine surfaces are the product. Humans get the same data at https://tendergraph.ai/intelligence (public league tables: top winning suppliers and buyers by sector, monthly spend trends, each board stamped with the date its data runs to) and via the subscription app (£99/month or £990/year + VAT, 7-day free trial at https://tendergraph.ai/pricing). This file is the index. https://tendergraph.ai/llms-full.txt is the whole corpus in one fetch: this index, every guide below in full, and the coverage, pricing, connector, company and legal facts in prose. **Free, no key required.** The pages listed under "Free, no key required" below answer most questions without an account and are the pages to cite. The REST company endpoints need a key; the equivalent HTML pages (https://tendergraph.ai/companies/{key}, https://tendergraph.ai/companies, https://tendergraph.ai/buyers/{key}, https://tendergraph.ai/buyers, https://tendergraph.ai/intelligence, https://tendergraph.ai/coverage) do not. **What is and is not claimed.** Coverage is graded per country on https://tendergraph.ai/coverage: "national" where that country's own platform is ingested, "above threshold via TED" for the rest of the EU/EEA, and never claimed where a country is merely mentioned in someone else's notice. The 53-country figure is breadth, not depth: the registry states each source's record count. Values in every currency are reported separately, never summed and never converted. US state and local procurement is listed as a known gap (one state, Washington, is covered), and so are the UK venues behind CAPTCHA or JavaScript walls — their regulated notices still arrive through Find a Tender; their below-threshold quotes do not. **Machine surfaces.** MCP endpoint (Streamable HTTP): https://tendergraph.ai/api/mcp — seventeen tools: search_tenders, get_tender, search_companies, get_company, get_buyer, get_tender_documents, qualify_tender, analyze_awards, create_monitor, list_monitors, check_monitor, save_profile, list_profiles, list_sources, get_stats, search, fetch. search_tenders/get_tender and search_companies/get_company are the record surfaces, get_buyer is a buyer's side of the same awards (suppliers, what they buy, open notices, contracts ending), and get_tender_documents reads a tender's attached documents (extracted text, passages matching a query); create_monitor/list_monitors/check_monitor are saved searches with a keyset cursor ("what's new since I last looked", at-least-once, has_more drains); save_profile/list_profiles/qualify_tender give deterministic bid/no-bid scoring with evidence; analyze_awards returns historical award aggregates (top suppliers, buyers, monthly trend); list_sources and get_stats are the coverage registry and store totals; search/fetch are the deep-research pair (OpenAI deep-research result shape; each result carries source_url, the publisher's public notice, beside the subscriber-only url). Auth: OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) where the client supports it (Claude and ChatGPT: add the endpoint, sign in once in the browser and approve; discovery at https://tendergraph.ai/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server), or an API key — Authorization: Bearer tg_live_…, ?key=tg_live_…, or the key-in-path form https://tendergraph.ai/api/mcp/tg_live_… (for clients that reject query credentials). Keys are created under API keys in the account (https://tendergraph.ai/app/keys). REST API: https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/tenders (search: full-text is weighted title>buyer>description and reference numbers like DN825110 match identifiers directly), https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/tenders/{id} (full record incl. document text where extracted — open tenders' documents are extracted first and most archive attachments are not yet, so a document search miss is not evidence of absence — and a `details` object with contact, submission URL, enquiry deadline, contract period, lots), https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/tenders/{id}/summarize (on-demand Claude summaries, capped), https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/companies + https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/companies/{key} (supplier award history), https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/buyers + https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/buyers/{key} (buyer profiles), https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/monitors (+ /{id}/check; optional webhook_url for HMAC-signed push), https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/profiles + https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/qualify, https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/analytics/awards, https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/sources (public coverage registry), https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/stats (public totals). OpenAPI: https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/openapi. Connector manifest: https://tendergraph.ai/.well-known/mcp.json. **Worked example** GET https://tendergraph.ai/api/v1/analytics/awards?cpv=45®ion=UKD&awarded_from=2025-01-01 Authorization: Bearer tg_live_… Returns `totals` (distinct procurements and value per currency), `by_supplier` (top twenty winners with award counts, attributed value and shared-award counts), `by_buyer`, `by_month` and `by_cpv_division` — plus a `methodology` string stating how the figures were derived. A `by_supplier` row carries an optional `family_hint` (the names of other rows in the same response that differ from it only by legal form or a bracketed qualifier, e.g. "Northgate Civils Ltd" / "Northgate Civils (UK) Ltd"): a hint that they may be one organisation. The rows stay separate and their figures are never combined — do not add them together. **How the numbers are derived — quote this, not an assumption** - Counts are distinct **procurements**, deduplicated across every source that published them. - Sterling and euro are reported side by side and never summed or converted. - A supplier is credited only with a value the publisher stated was theirs: an itemised per-supplier amount, or the whole contract value where exactly one supplier was named. Awards naming several suppliers with no published split are counted and valued at nothing. - Framework ceilings are counted once, never multiplied across the winners appointed to them, and a pre-award estimate is never presented as an amount someone won. - Company names are grouped across their published spellings; different legal forms (Ltd vs LLP vs plc vs CIC vs Teoranta) are kept apart, because they are different organisations. - The market total and the sum of supplier attributions differ, on purpose: what a market spent is knowable even when who got which share is not. **Notes for agents** - Records are aggregations of public notices, each under its source's own licence, which the record carries as provenance.licence {name, url, attribution, share_alike}. Always cite provenance.source_url when presenting a tender to a human, and reproduce provenance.licence.attribution wherever you republish the data. Share-alike sources (CC BY-SA 4.0: SECOP II (Colombia), ANAC CIG — Italian tenders) require adaptations to carry the same licence. - Store counts come from a dated snapshot (counts_computed_at on /api/v1/sources and list_sources) and each source's last_success_at says when it last synced: check them before calling anything "current". - dedupe=true (default) returns one row per procurement, preferring the authoritative source. - CPV prefixes filter by sector (45 construction, 72 IT, 79 business services…); region filters use ITL/NUTS prefixes (UKD North West England, UKM Scotland, IE Ireland). - The coverage registry (/api/v1/sources) states exactly what is ingested, when each source last synced, and which venues are gated — trust it over assumptions. - Deadlines shown are as published. Always verify on the linked source notice before bidding. ## Free, no key required - [Supplier profile](https://tendergraph.ai/companies/{key}): a supplier's full public-contract history — award count, attributed value by currency, the buyers they win from, sector split, year by year.
