How the trial works
- Create your account and add a payment card — the card is not charged at sign-up.
- Use the full platform for 7 days: search, intelligence, monitors, API and MCP.
- Cancel any time during the trial from Billing — nothing is charged. If you stay, your plan starts automatically when the trial ends and renews until you cancel.
One free trial per organisation. If your organisation has had one before, your plan — and its first payment — start when you subscribe. You contract with, and are invoiced by, M Heath Consulting Ltd; payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.

- Seats
- Each subscription is for one named user. Additional users, or a team account, are available by arrangement — contact us. hello@tendergraph.ai
- Limits
- No per-search or per-record charges. The API is rate-limited to 120 requests a minute per key, and AI document summaries are capped daily to keep costs sane. Need more? Ask — we'll raise it rather than upsell you.
- Renewal and cancelling
- Both plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in Billing and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for — the month or the year. The app counts down your trial, and Billing always shows your next renewal date.
- Invoices and VAT
- Prices and invoices are in sterling. Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged. Annual plans can be invoiced against a PO by arrangement if card payment doesn't suit your finance team.
