Predmet javnega razpisa je izvedba projekta »Izgradnja javnih najemnih stanovanj v Občini Laško«. Zasebni partner prevzema obveznost izvedbe projektiranja, priprave zemljišča in izgradnje celotnih objektov, obveznost pridobitve gradbenega dovoljenja in drugih potrebnih upravnih dovoljenj, vrisa objektov v kataster stavb ter priprave načrta delitve etažne lastnine po terminskem planu, ki bo dogovorjen s pogodbo o javno-zasebnem partnerstvu.
