Description
The contract will deliver a reusable LocalGov Drupal (LGD) platform and enable Walsall Council to improve end-to-end accessible digital services (integrated, GDS-compliant Drupal forms). It will support the development of APIs between Drupal and Microsoft Dynamics and the transformation of microsites into a governed, scalable product that can be deployed more efficiently across services. The contract will also introduce AI capabilities to improve productivity, accessibility, content quality, and user experience through intelligent assistance, AI-powered search, and natural language interactions.
