Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Lieferung, Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme einer medientechnischen Anlage für den Raum H14, sowie dem Austausch von Komponenten im Audimax gemäß den nachfolgenden Anforderungen. Hinzu kommen Beschaffungsposten für den Umbau weiterer Medientechnischer Anlagen. Die ausgeschriebenen Komponenten für H14 und Audimax sind als vollständig funktionsfähiges Gesamtsystem zu liefern, zu montieren, zu konfigurieren und in Betrieb zu nehmen. Sämtliche für den bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb erforderlichen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten, Lizenzen, Montage- und Anschlussmaterialien sowie Konfigurationen sind Bestandteil der Leistung, auch wenn sie nicht einzeln aufgeführt sind.
