Description
Ausbau und fachgerechte Entsorgung von insgesamt 132 Bestandsfenstern einschließlich Rahmen, Verglasungen, Blechen, Befestigungen und Dichtungen. Lieferung und Montage von insgesamt 224 Kunststoff-Fenster- und Fenstertürelementen, überwiegend mit Dreifach-Isolierverglasung, Uw 0,85 W/(m²K), Rw 32 dB, außen RAL 7012 und innen weiß. Davon entfallen 36 Elemente auf die Vorabmaßnahme mit provisorischen Wohnungszugängen, 40 Fenster auf den Dachgeschossneubau und 148 Fenster auf die bewohnten Bestandswohnungen einschließlich 32 Kellerfenstern. Weitere Hauptleistungen: 40 Rollladenanlagen, 165 fensterintegrierte Lüftungselemente, Blendrahmenverbreiterungen und umlaufende Anschlussabdichtungen. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise, teilweise in bewohnten Bereichen, überwiegend über bauseitige Gerüste .
