Het perceel betreft de ontwerp-, voorbereidings- en uitvoeringswerkzaamheden voor de nieuwbouw van reinwaterkelders binnen het RWK-programma van Brabant Water. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd binnen een programmatische aanpak gericht op de realisatie van nieuwe reinwateropslagcapaciteit. De geraamde omvang bedraagt circa € 80 miljoen exclusief btw, met een mogelijke groei tot € 200 miljoen exclusief btw gedurende de looptijd van het programma.
