Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Kälte- und MSR-Arbeiten im Zuge des Umbaus und der Modernisierung des ehemaligen Sparkassengebäudes zur Verwaltungsnutzung der Stadt Bingen am Rhein, Mainzer Straße 26, 55411 Bingen am Rhein. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Lieferung und Montage von Wärmepumpen sowie Heizungs- und Kälteverteilungen, Heizkörpern und Raumkühlgeräten. Weiterhin sind raumlufttechnische Anlagen einschließlich Luftkanälen und Luftleitungen sowie eine Spüllüftungsanlage herzustellen. Die Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik umfasst unter anderem Feldgeräte, Automationsstationen und Schaltschränke. Bestandteil der Leistung sind außerdem Montageplanung, Dämm- und Brandschutzarbeiten, Einregulierung, Funktionsmessungen, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation und Wartungsleistungen.
