Description
Zu erbringen sind Leistungen der Projektsteuerung nach AHO 2025. Folgende fest zu beauftragende Leistungen werden stufenweise vergeben: Projektstufen 1 – 5 und Handlungsbereich A – E. Ferner sind die im Folgenden aufgeführten besonderen Leistungen zu beauftragen: Koordinierung Umzug der chirurgischen Tagesklinik vom 1. ins 2. OG; Koordinierung Umzug der internistischen Praxis vom 1. ins 2. OG; unangekündigte Baustellenbegehungen mind. 14-tägig; Jour fix mit allen Beteiligten 1 x monatlich; Überprüfung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit der Unterlagen und Überprüfung der Ausführungen.
