Cseppfolyós oxigén beszerzése, hozzá kapcsolódó szolgáltatások és cseppfolyós tartály bérlése 24 hónap időtartamra az alábbiak szerint: Bérleti díj: Cseppfolyós oxigén: 1 tartály / év Igényelt gázok: Oxigén Mélyhűtött Orvosi Gáz: 85 000 m3 / év Cseppfolyós oxigén szállítási díja alkalmanként: 55 db / év Ajánlatkérő a 24 hónapra vonatkozó mennyiségre (alapmennyiség) vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Jelen beszerzés a gyógyszerek és orvostechnikai eszközök közbeszerzésének sajátos szabályairól szóló 16/2012. (II. 16.) Korm. rendelet hatálya alá tartozik.
