Udbuddet vedrører etablering af et dynamisk indkøbssystem vedr. etablering og drift af ladestandere for Hedensted, Horsens, Odder og Samsø Kommuner. Kommunerne har tidligere indgået aftaler om etablering og drift af ladestandere på en række lokationer, så det dynamiske indkøbssystem er tiltænkt de tilfælde, hvor der fremadrettet bliver behov for at supplere infrastrukturen på andre lokationer (f.eks. ved opførelse af nye kommunale enheder, flytninger, ombygninger o.lign.), samt eventuelt hvis der bliver behov for at supplere på allerede eksisterende enheder.
