Deze opdracht ziet op levering van Online Content en Online Platformen op het gebied van fiscale en juridische vakinformatie van Wolters Kluwer Nederland B.V. Opdrachtnemer beschikt ten aanzien van deze content over uitsluitende rechten, waaronder intellectuele eigendomsrechten, auteursrechten en databankenrechten, die dit aanbod beschermen. Dit maakt dat er geen redelijk alternatief of substituut bestaat. Het betreft een overeenkomst van 4 jaar met een geraamde waarde van circa 60.000 – 100.000 euro excl. BTW per jaar per gemeente.
