Detta dynamiska inköpssystem planeras att nyttjas vid avrop av mötes- och konferensanläggningar för såväl mindre som större grupper inom olika geografiska områden, då varje kurs eller konferens har sitt unika behov. Konferenserna genomförs nästan uteslutande på vardagar måndag-torsdag, men det kan ibland finnas behov av att genomföra konferenser även under fredag, lördag-söndag samt kvällstid.
