Nabava obuhvaća tehnološko održavanje prethodno nabavljenih Oracle licenci, temeljem naziva licence i CSI broja, sukladno potrebama korisnika. Korisnici ugovaraju tehnološku podršku za Oracle licence koje su u trajnom vlasništvu korisnika i za koje postoji neprekinuti slijed tehnološke podrške u skladu s pravilima licenciranja, a koje propisuje vlasnik softverskog proizvoda.
