Lyngby-Taarbæk Kommune udbyder hermed en totalentreprisekontrakt vedrørende projektet "Ny daginstitution, Parcelvej 151/Skolebakken 23-29", som omhandler projektering, udførelse og idriftsætning af nybyggeri til brug for integreret daginstitution til i alt 8 børnegrupper. Der ydes i tilbudsfasen tilbudsvederlag på 100.000 kr. til de tilbudsgivere, der afgiver et konditionsmæssigt og/eller reelt tilbud, bortset fra til den vindende tilbudsgiver, der tildeles kontrakten.
