Upphandlingen omfattar trafikuppdrag för kollektivtrafiken i Kalmar län. Trafiken avser i huvudsak trafiktyperna serviceresor och närtrafik men även förstärkning och ersättning av linjetrafik samt skolresor kan förekomma.
