Description
Gemeente Berkelland is voornemens een nieuwe Sporthal te realiseren op Sportpark het Rikkelder gelegen aan de Fürstenauerstraat te Ruurlo. De sporthal wordt een multifunctioneel en toekomstbestendig gebouw dat verschillende gebruikersgroepen samenbrengt. Voor de realisatie van deze nieuwbouw is gemeente Berkelland op zoek naar één geschikte, ervaren en professionele bouwteampartner die zowel de bouwkundig als de installatietechnisch uitvoerende werkzaamheden verder (na VO+) in bouwteam zal door ontwikkelen waarna bij positieve afronding van de bouwteamfase het plan te realiseren. De totale oppervlakte van de Sporthal zal circa 3675 m² bedragen. Het gebouw bestaat uit twee sportzalen: een hal met drie zaaldelen (7 m hoog) en een hal met één zaaldeel (9 m hoog).
