Description
Alle Dienstreisen werden in der Regel durch derzeit drei Reisekostensachbearbeiterinnen in der Abteilung Personalmanagement angesiedelten Gruppe Reisen & Personal-Nebenleistungen (PNL) abgerechnet. Ein externer Dienstleister unterstützte bisher bereits bei Bedarf. Zur Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen Abrechnung der eingehenden Dienstreisen ist auch künftig eine Unterstützung durch einen externen Dienstleister erforderlich. Beauftragt werden soll die Dienstleistung zur Bearbeitung von Reisekostenabrechnungen. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Prüfung und Erfassung der Belege, die Berechnung der erstattungsfähigen Beträge sowie die entsprechende Dokumentation.
