Der Landkreis Harz ist auf der Suche nach einem neuen Pächter für den Hotel- und Gastronomiebetrieb „Am Brocken“. Gesucht wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit oder ein erfahrenes Unternehmen, das bereit ist, sowohl den Gastronomiebereich als auch das angeschlossene Brockenhotel an einem der bekanntesten Orte Norddeutschlands, zu betreiben und weiterzuentwickeln. Das Objekt umfasst derzeit auf einer Grundstücksgröße von ca. 12.939 m², das Brockenhotel mit 20 Zimmern und deutlicher Ausbaureserve, Veranstaltungsraum und Trauzimmer mit absolutem Panoramablick im obersten Stockwerk des „Brockenturms“, Großgastronomie mit Veranstaltungssaal mit insgesamt rund 600 Innen- und Außenplätzen, Innenhof für Gastronomie und Event.
