DFØ ønsker å kunne tilby sine løsninger på best mulig måte for våre kunder og forvaltningen og vil løpende ha bruk for prosess-støtte for å kunne oppnå dette på best mulig måte. Utredninger, prosjekt og testing ledes i hovedsak av DFØs interne ressurser, men det vil være aktuelt å innhente ekstern støtte i takt med at leveransene stiger i mengde og omfang. Ordningen vil primært bli brukt av DFØ sin lønnsdivisjon og dennes leveranser.
