Description

Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta järjestelmä- ja palvelukokonaisuudesta: • Taloushallintojärjestelmä SaaS-palveluna ja taloushallintopalvelu Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Tarjottava Järjestelmä voi koostua yhdestä tai useammasta ohjelmistosta ja/tai moduulista. Tarjoaja vastaa kokonaisuuden yhteensovittamisesta ja toiminnasta. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä, ellei niitä ole erikseen pyydetty. Tilaaja hankkii yhden kokonaisvastuullisen toimittajan. Kyseessä olevan kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalakia (1397/2016). Menettelytapana on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä avoin menettely. Tarjouspyyntöasiakirjat ovat suomen kielellä ja tarjous tulee antaa suomen kielellä. Learnpoint ICT Oy toimii hankinnassa konsulttina.
