ZAS wenst geïntegreerde en toekomstgerichte tooling te verwerven ter ondersteuning van centrale afsprakenplanning, centrale telefonie en decentrale secretariaten. De huidige callcentersoftware ondersteunt de schaal, complexiteit en toekomstambities van ZAS onvoldoende. Met deze opdracht wil ZAS bereikbaarheid, efficiëntie, uniformiteit en kwaliteit van de telefonische dienstverlening en afsprakenplanning structureel verbeteren.
