Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zejména navrhnout a zpracovat realizační projektovou dokumentaci (Detail Design), v souladu s ní provést stavební práce související s realizací nové horkovodní akumulace, jako inženýrské sítě, komunikace, zpevněné plochy apod. a to včetně pomocných technologií, přivedení energií a napojení na stávající horkovodní soustavu a provedení dalších souvisejících prací v areálu elektrárny Prunéřov.
