Die Landeshauptstadt München benötigt Kommunikationstechnik mit folgenden Leistungen: •Migration der vorhandenen ISDN-Technik durch VoIP-Systeme mit aktuellen Hard- und Softwareständen •bedarfsweise Erweiterung des bestehenden TK-Anlagenverbundes durch VoIP-Technik der neuesten Generation •Ersatzbeschaffung für defekte TK-Komponenten (ISDN und VoIP) •Systemservice für bestehende und während der Vertragslaufzeit neu zu beschaffende Systemkomponenten, ggf. mit Abstützung beim Hersteller •Third-Level-Support im Servicefall •Customizing-, Consulting- und Projektleitungs-Leistungen •Schulungsleistungen
