Description
Demontage, Neuherstellung und Remontage von Betonfertigteilen aus Stahlbeton ("Betonwaben") an der Fassade des denkmalgeschützten Glockenturms der Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtnis-Kirche: - insgesamt 204 Stück, davon werden 192 neu hergestellt - heller Beton mit weißen Quarzzuschlägen, Oberfläche gewaschen - filigrane Geometrie in zwei unterschiedlichen Ausführungen - Bewehrung aus Edelstahl, geschweißt - Abmessungen jeweils ca. 2,70m x 2,70m, Gewicht ca. 2,15 to - Neuherstellung nach vorheriger Bemusterung und Durchführung von Eignungstests mit und ohne Recyclinganteil einschl. Abstimmung mit den Denkmalbehörden - Einschließlich Demontage, Transporte und Remontage - Bereitstellen einer Werkhalle für Arbeiten durch Fremdgewerke Verglasung und Betoninstandsetzung (ca. 400qm), max. 50 km von der Baustelle (Breitscheidplatz) entfernt
