Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå rammeavtale for levering av drivstoff for benyttelse av ansatte i Bodø kommune med tilhørende driftsenheter og kommunale foretak (KF), samt Salten Brann IKS, Iris Service AS, Iris Produksjon AS og Retura Iris AS, som benytter tjenestekjøretøy, samt andre maskiner (brøytemaskiner o.l.) som har behov for drivstoff.Avtalen skal omfatte leveranse av både fossilt og ikke-fossilt drivstoff, samt strøm til elbiler.
