Perkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti vaistus, kurių nėra CPO LT kataloge, VšĮ Pasvalio ligoninei. Reikalavimai pirkimo objektui nustatyti specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 2 priede ,,Techninė specifikacija“ ir specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 10 priede ,,Sutarties projektas“. Pirkimo objektas skaidomas į 23 (dvidešimt tris) dalis, kurių apimtys ir dalykas, reikalavimai ir techninė specifikacija apibrėžti specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 2 priede ,,Techninė specifikacija“ ir specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 10 priede ,,Sutarties projektas“.
