Zircaloy 4 (Zy-4) este un material de interes nuclear, in sensul definitiei din Legea 111/1996 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Anexa nr. 2, pct. 13. Sarma din Zircaloy-4 care face obiectul acestei achiziţii este utilizata în cadrul Sucursalei FCN Pitesti in procesul de fabricaţie a Fasciculelor de Combustibil nuclear (FC), pentru executia reperului „patine”. Caracteristicile tehnice si cerintele pe care trebuie sa le indeplineasca produsele sunt precizate in Caietul de sarcini F-SI-CAIET-CS-00398-19-01-26 Editia 2/11.05.2026, in Specificatia de Procurare S.P.-2.10, ed. 3 - Anexa A la Caietul de sarcini, in Specificatia Tehnica AECL: TS-XX-37353-2 rev.2/1978 si Fisa de Modificare AECL nr. 1/ 30.08.1996 – Anexa B la Caietul de Sarcini si in Schita suport bobina - Anexa C la Caietul de sarcini.
