Þjónustan felur í sér framleiðslu og flutning á tilbúnum hádegisverðarmáltíðum fyrir nemendur og starfsmenn vegna Grunnskóla Hornafjarðar. Nemendur eru í kringum 250 og starfsmenn 20-40. Fjöldi nemenda og starfsmanna getur sveiflast lítilsháttar á milli skólaára og verður fjöldinn endurskoðaður í samráði við birgja í upphafi hvers skólaárs. Miðað er við allt að 180 daga á skólaárinu sem hefst að jafnaði upp úr 20. ágúst ár hvert og lýkur um í byrjun júní. The Municipality of Hornafjörður invites tenders for cafeteria services for Hornafjörður Primary School. The contract includes the preparation and delivery of ready-made lunch meals for students and staff of the school. The estimated number of users is approximately 250 students and 20–40 staff members. The number may vary slightly between school years and will be reviewed in consultation with the selected tenderer at the beginning of each school year.
