Description
Der Landkreis Erding errichtet am Krankenhausstandort Erding ein Onkologisches Facharztzentrum als eigenständigen Neubau mit Anbindung an das Bestandsklinikum. Das Gebäude umfasst die Nutzungsbereiche Strahlentherapie, Onkologie und Radiologie auf drei Ebenen; das Baufeld ist ca. 1.400 m² groß. Sämtliche Planungs- und Bauleistungen werden auf Grundlage einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung an einen Totalunternehmer vergeben, der für die schlüsselfertige Errichtung einschließlich Außenanlagen und technischer Erschließung verantwortlich ist. Optional sind die verkehrliche Erschließung, die Stellplätze, die Trafostation und CT-spezifische Leistungen vorgesehen. Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme müssen bis spätestens 31.08.2029 erfolgen.
