Przedmiotem umowy są: 1) dostawa infrastruktury, licencji na oprogramowanie oraz wykonanie wdrożenia 2) świadczenie wsparcia powdrożeniowego dla rozwiązań terminalowych Wsparcie techniczne obejmuje w szczególności: a) konsultacje techniczne, b) zmiany konfiguracji wdrożonego środowiska, c) modyfikacje funkcjonalności wdrożonego rozwiązania, d) wsparcie integracyjne, e) doradztwo techniczne, eksploatacyjne i architektoniczne.
