De gemeente Midden-Groningen zoekt een softwareoplossing voor een exploitatiebeheersysteem voor haar zwembad en sportfaciliteiten. Het systeem dient als SaaS-oplossing te worden aangeboden door de opdrachtnemer. De softwareoplossing voorziet in: 1) Verkoop tickets: online en aan de kassa; 2) Horecaverkoop: aan de kassa; 3) Digitaal klantbeheer & klantportaal; 4) Online reserveringssysteem voor sportzalen; 5) Zwemlesadministratiesysteem; 6) Digitaal leerlingvolgsysteem voor zwemlessen; 7) Geautomatiseerde toegangscontrole; 8) Financiële koppeling; 9) Rapportage en analyse. De opdrachtnemer dient het exploitatiebeheersysteem te leveren, te implementeren en te onderhouden.
