Predmetom zákazky je nákup rôznych druhov pekárenských výrobkov ako chlieb, rožky, raňajkové pečivo, záviny, šišky, bábovka, biely koláč, dodanie tovaru a vyloženie tovaru v mieste dodania v súlade s príslušnými legislatívnymi a hygienickými predpismi. Množstvá sú určené podľa súčasného počtu stravníkov a nie sú pre obstarávateľa záväzné, nakoľko sa ich počet počas zmluvného vzťahu môže zmeniť. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky, vrátane požiadaviek a špecifikácií jednotlivých tovarov, ktoré sú predmetom zákazky, tvorí časť súťažných podkladov B1.
