Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba nadgradenj, optimizacije in celovite tehnične podpore za APIS - Akademski poslovni sistem Univerze v Ljubljani. Naročilo obsega redno vzdrževanje in posodobitve licenčnega okolja (SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, SAC, BTP in SAP HANA), izvedbo ad-hoc analitičnih poročil ter prilagoditve sistemov zaradi zakonskih sprememb (vključno s priključitvijo Študentskih domov Ljubljana). Cilj je zagotoviti varno, robustno in stabilno delovanje celotnega informacijskega okolja ter podporo digitalni transformaciji univerze.
