Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών αποκομιδής μεταφοράς και διάθεσης στερεών μη επικινδύνων οικιακών αποβλήτων, η πλύση των κάδων και ο οδοκαθαρισμός του Δήμου Έδεσσας, χειρωνακτικά και με μηχανικά μέρα, για χρονικό διάστημα τριάντα έξι (36) μηνών από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης, με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης δώδεκα (12) μηνών, μετά από απόφαση του Αρμόδιου Οργάνου.
