(ABOA): 1,977 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 on-site, reserved spaces, plus additional on-site parking per local code Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 3 Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 840 ABOA SF of offered space must be contiguous, above the ground floor, and separately demised with a separate suite entrance, or on a different floor from the remaining 1,043 ABOA SF of the offered space, which must also be contiguous in one suite of the offered building. The offered space must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
