Description
Die WBM beabsichtigt die Vergabe des Betriebs, der Weiterentwicklung und der Modernisierung ihrer IT-Netzwerkinfrastruktur. Ziel ist der sichere, leistungsfähige und zukunftssichere Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Betriebsübernahme, den laufenden Betrieb nach definierten Serviceklassen, die kontinuierliche Optimierung sowie projektbezogene Modernisierungsleistungen. Grundlage des Vertrags ist ein EVB-IT-Vertrag. Die für den Betrieb erforderliche Hardware, Softwarelizenzen und Wartungsverträge werden durch die WBM als Beistellleistung bereitgestellt.
