Es sollen Automic Automation Lizenzen beschafft werden, welche zur Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen, automatisierten Steuerung und Überwachung von IT-Workflows und Geschäftsprozessen, über die bereits On-Prem vorhandene Automic Automation Installation dienen. Zusätzlich werden Dienstleistungen und Support zur technischen Unterstützung, Fehleranalyse und -behebung sowie gegebenenfalls zur Durchführung interner Schulungen benötigt.
