Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Behandlung der Restabfälle (ca. 10.000 t). Der Transport zur Anlage obliegt dem AG. Es ist erwünscht, dass Bieter im Zusammenhang mit der Restabfallbehandlung auch ein Angebot für den Betrieb einer Annahmestelle im Kreisgebiet vorlegen. Es besteht insoweit aber keine Verpflichtung; Angebote für die Restabfallbehandlung sind auch ohne Annahmestellen-Angebot möglich, und allein wertungsrelevant ist der Verbrennungsauftrag. Das Angebot für die Annahmestelle ist eine Eventual-Position, der AG kann dieses (vom Bestbieter) annehmen, muss es aber nicht.
