Community Health Service Newham (ELFT)

Description

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the Procurement Act 2023 does not apply to this contract modification. The modification incorporates Tower Hamlets Community Health Services provided by East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) into the existing Newham Community Health Services contract, also provided by ELFT, to support continuity and integration of service provision. The original contract term is 2025 to 2028, with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The modification does not change the overall duration of the existing contract. No conflicts of interest were identified among the officer group making the decision on this contract modification. The modification does not render the contract materially different in character, and the cumulative change in lifetime contract value is stated to be 17.34% compared with the original contract value. The modification relates to the period of 1st October 2026-31st March 2028.
