Description
Zur Durchführung staatlich vorgegebener Überwachungsaufgaben wird im Landeslabor Berlin-Brandenburg ein Ultrahochleistungsflüssigkeitschromatograph gekoppelt mittels Elektrospray-Ionisation an ein Massenspektrometer mit Triple-Quadrupol-Konfiguration (UHPLC-ESI-MSMS) benötigt. Das Messgerät soll im Rahmen der amtlichen Lebensmittelkontrolle zur Rückstandsanalytik von Pestiziden in Obst und Gemüse sowie weiterhin zur Spurenanalytik von Pestiziden und Arzneimittelwirkstoffen in Grund- und Oberflächenwässern, zur Spurenanalytik von Tierarzneimitteln sowie PFAS genutzt werden.
