Der Aufsichtsrat des Universitätsmedizin Frankfurt am Mai beabsichtigt die Jahresabschlüsse sowie Konzernabschlüsse für die Geschäftsjahre 2026 bis 2029 entsprechend § 18 Abs. 2 UniKlinG in Verbindung mit § 53 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 und 2 HGrG durch einen unabhängigen Wirtschaftsprüfer unter Einbeziehung der Buchführung und den Lagebericht für diese Geschäftsjahre gemäß §§ 316 ff. HGB zu prüfen und den Jahresabschlussprüfungsbericht erstellen zu lassen.
