Účelem tohoto zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové smlouvy na dobu 8 let s jedním uchazečem na poskytování: (a) vývoje systému ESUP podle požadavků zadavatele; vývoj bude prováděn na základě funkčních skupin (verzí) ve formě dílčích smluv v rámci rámcové smlouvy, (b) podpory provozu systému ESUP, která spočívá v odborné podpoře a opravách chyb systému podle podmínek rámcové smlouvy.
