Description
Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Rovaniemen urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 1090 kilometriä, josta Is 1-ajorataista noin 105 km, Ib 1-ajorataista noin 165 km, Ic 1-ajorataista noin 270 km, sorateitä noin 410 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 115 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan vaativa urakka.
