Rakennuksen pääkäyttäjä on Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy. Tilat suunnitellaan yhtiön koko henkilöstön ja liiketoiminnan tarpeisiin. Rakennukseen sijoitetaan muun muassa bussien pesu- ja korjaamotilat, kalustohalli sekä toimistotilat. Rakennuksen arvioitu bruttoala on noin 11 100 brm². Hanke toteutetaan yhteistoiminnallisena projektinjohtourakkana.
