Avinor har behov for kunststoff skjær til bruk på ploger og skjær for vinterdrift ved Avinors lufthavner. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre tilgang til funksjonelle, driftssikre og miljømessig forsvarlige skjær som kan benyttes på eksisterende maskinpark uten å skade nedfelt belysning eller annen teknisk infrastruktur.
