Dünaamiline hankesüsteem luuakse RMK hallatavatelt maadelet jäätmete likvideerimiseks kogu Eesti territooriumil. Hanke esemeks on RMK hallatavatelt maadelt sinna õigusvastaselt veetud jäätmete likvideerimine ja utiliseerimine. Dünaamiline hankesüsteem luuakse kehtivusajaga 24 kuud, millega selle kehtivusajal kvalifitseerimise tingimustele vastavad ettevõtjad võivad jooksvalt liituda.
