Předmětem této části veřejné zakázky je zajištění státních hmotných rezerv formou rezervace 504 000 litrů MTPO s podmínkou možného budoucího odkoupení celého rezervovaného objemu MTPO nebo jeho části. HR MTPO bude v souladu se zákonem č. 97/1993 Sb., o působnosti Správy státních hmotných rezerv, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, považována za majetek České republiky s příslušností hospodařit pro zadavatele.
