Předmětem plnění je zajištění dočasného provozu, podpory a nezbytného rozvoje systému SAP MZe v produkčním i testovacím prostředí dle stanovených SLA parametrů po dobu přechodného období 36 měsíců. Nezbytný rozvoj zahrnuje zejména implementaci legislativních změn a úpravy nutné k zachování kontinuity provozu systému do doby nasazení nového ERP řešení MZe.
