Im Rahmen des ISEK Hillerheide soll der ehemalige Marktplatz "Gertrudisplatz", welcher vollständig versiegelt ist und mittlerweile fast ausschließlich als Parkplatz genutzt wird, umgestaltet und entsiegelt werden. Gegenstand dieses VgV-Vergabeverfahrens sind die hierzu erforderlichen Planungsleistungen - aufgeteilt in drei Lose - für die nachfolgend aufgeführten Leistungsbilder: 1. die Ingenieur-/Architektenleistungen des Leistungsbildes "Freianlagen" gemäß §§ 39/40 und Anlage 11 HOAI 2021 2. die Ingenieur-/Architektenleistungen des Leistungsbildes "Ingenieurbauwerke" gemäß §§ 43/44 und Anlage 12 HOAI 2021 3. die Ingenieur-/Architektenleistungen des Leistungsbildes "Verkehrsanlagen" gemäß §§ 47/48 und Anlage 13 HOAI 2021 Der Leistungsumfang ist den Angebots- und Bewerbungsbedingungen zu entnehmen.
